Children will suffer the most from Climate Change
Every month we post some of the latest news regarding people of faith and spirit helping to protect and restore the Creation. Since this month we're exploring a few of the values and rewards of "Children in Nature" it seemed appropriate to also share some of this news and research:

- "Global Climate Change and Children's Health" American Academy of Pediatrics, 2015

While climate change and biodiversity loss are exceptionally urgent problems, the likes of which are totally overwhelming, the solutions are simple and in our grasp:
- Ecosystem Restoration (protecting and restoring healthy, biodiverse, wild ecosystems)
- "Decarbonization" (expanding zero emissions: energy, manufacturing, agriculture, and waste).
My group, BioIntegrity, focuses on connecting people to the most urgent, holistic and economically efficient of all environmental solutions: protecting and restoring tropical forests. Anyone with $1 can make a huge, global difference.
Clean energy and other zero emissions solutions are growing fast. Switching to clean electricity can be easy and cheap. Check out options for making the switch in your state here.
Plant with Purpose is an excellent Christian organization doing agroforestry-based, spiritually-led, economic development in poor nations.
Moving today to clean up your environmental footprint and add your support to efforts to sustainably restore biodiversity, especially in globally-strategic places, are the biggest ways you can help turn the ship for our children.
